Ågerup Church has a very beautiful location and commands a unique view of Tempelkrogen, the innermost branch of the Isefjord. The church dates from the 12th century. The choir has been rebuilt several times, and tower, porch and sacristy were added around 1500. 

The northern wall shows fragments of frescos dated to 1300-1350 – but otherwise, one’s attention is captured by the decorated vaults.
