Every self-respecting borough has a town museum. Holbæk Museum, celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, is a unique complex of 12 old houses in central Holbæk. Among other things, the Museum shows old cottage interiors, a merchant’s yard, working class living quarters from the 1940s and Knabstrup pottery.
The house at 45 Bakkekammen (from 1925) is the Better Building Practices movement’s only museum for interiors in Denmark.
Temporary special exhibitions and family events.
Café in cosy courtyard milieu.
