Holbæk has a number of »Green Oases« in the form of parks located near the city centre.

The green lawns of Strandparken, for example, stretch right down to the shores of Holbæk Fjord where you may take the Fjord Path all the way to Holbæk’s Old Harbour in the city centre or you may go west and follow the path in the opposite direction to suburban Allerup.

In several of the city parks, there are sculptures well worth studying. In addition, there are numerous playgrounds and we bid welcome to man’s best friend – your dog.
