Holbæk provides the opportunity to visit many different natural habitats throughout the year.

Holbæk has it all: from ice age landscapes to carefully trimmed parks, extensive forest lands with wild flora & fauna, nature schools, the wildlife reserve of Åmosen, the Lammefjord ”Denmark’s largest vegetable garden”, Orø’s trample paths with its rich bird life and then, of course, the Isefjord stretching from Holbæk northward into Kattegat where anglers and yachtsmen thrive in their marine environment.
